Our Multimillet Cheela is a Grand Ma's authentic recipe from rural south india made with multi millets such as jowar, bajra, raggi atta, foxtail millet and made tasty with traditional spices.
Make batter by adding water or butter milk and keep aside for half an hour and make thin cheela on iron griddle. Serve with mint chutney or any chutney or pickle of choice.
