This authentic Carnatic Chutney Podi is a homemade recipe from the villages of Karnataka. Spices roasted on medium heat to give best taste, made with medium spicy dry chilli, coconut , Bengal gram and Urad daal, hing, tamarind and jaggery to give sweet and sour punch to it.
It can be eaten with rice and can be used as accompaniment with dosa, chapatti and parranthas.
