NuttyYogi Lotus stem pickle  is a Kashmiri specialty also known as Kamal Kakdi Ka Aachar. This is a healthy ancient recipe where lotus stems were converted into a pickle by mixing spices in mustard oil resulting in a healthy and very tasty pickle.
