Tassyam Lavender Hibiscus Green Tea - A rare green tea fashioned with lavender buds for their powerful aroma and hibiscus petals for taste and appearance. This blend provides an experience that’s hard to not long for. To extract the best flavour from this tea, add add 2g of the tea to 100-150ml of water (pre-heated to about 85º C) and brew for about 2 minutes. This loose leaf tea can be re-brewed at least twice, making a total of about 50 cups. To prepare an iced tea, add 2g of tea and 2 sugar cubes to 200ml of cool water and keep the mixture in the refrigerator. Take it out after about 8 hours, filter the leaves and enjoy your perfectly "cold brewed" iced tea. Teas are a seasonal produce and thus flavours keep changing, and that’s good!
